The Automatic Low Level Shutoff Switch will stop the pump from cycling once the grease in the reservoir has reached the minimum level.
The pump is unable to pump itself empty, and will not suck in air which would require a service to bleed the pump and mainline. The timer will continue to record cycle attempts to provide a report about the duration of the low level event.
- Equipment can work for longer uninterrupted periods without concern of the grease pump running empty.
- No bleeding reduces several service episodes and the associated costs.
- Eliminates the human element – more often than not an episode of bleeding the system is more than one service episode.
- Timer records the maintenance history of the pump, providing valuable information for resale of the equipment.
